The Website
The Silverline Pharmaceuticals website engages in the sale of non-prescription goods. While we guarantee that the products we sell are of genuine quality, we do not guarantee that the products bought will be fit for the purpose for which they were purchased. Our website is strictly for commercial activities. We are not responsible for providing you with the information needed to make sound purchases, apart from accurate descriptions of listed items and their prices.
We do not update our website in real-time and this coupled with the inventory fluctuations that come with normal business transactions on our in-store and social media channels, means that the availability of any item on the website is not guaranteed.
We do our utmost to ensure that the products and prices displayed are as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that the product you will receive will have the manufacturer’s latest packaging design. In situations where purchase prices do not match the actual price of the item, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Orders
Once an order is placed on the website it cannot be cancelled or modified by you. We reserve the right, however, to cancel or terminate orders with or without reason so long as the item has not been received by you. All cancelled orders will be refunded in line with the relevant policies of the payment gateway, through which the transaction was facilitated.

Payment
By transacting on our website, you agree to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions of the payment gateway providers that process transactions on our behalf.
All payments for our services will be done electronically and through partners on our website. You do not have the option of settling any obligations in person at our store(s) or at the point of delivery.
Delivery
Delivery fees are calculated based on metrics that are privy to our shipping partners. We ensure that the accurate delivery charge is reflected at checkout, however, we cannot guarantee that the same delivery fee will be charged at the time of your next order.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery or billing address you provide during the checkout process is accurate and accessible by all forms of mechanized transportation. Delivery or billing addresses cannot be changed after the checkout process has been concluded.
Suppose your provided delivery or billing address fails to meet these desired criteria. In that case, you will be liable to forfeit your entire order or incur additional charges for another delivery attempt to an address that meets the desired criteria.
Once an order has been sent out for delivery to the customer, the delivery fees paid for that order become non-refundable. You are advised to ensure that you provide accurate information before transacting on our website.
We guarantee that your order will be delivered within 4 business days of your order being placed. This is provided you provide a delivery or billing address that is accurate and accessible.
Refund Policy
You are entitled to a refund in line with relevant local laws, for your purchase under the following conditions:
- The product(s) has expired or cannot be fully consumed within the time remaining.
- A product with different content from what was paid for was received.
- The product was lost in transit or never delivered.
You are not entitled to a refund under the following conditions:
- You changed your mind.
- You refused to collect the item from the delivery agent.
- The product’s external packaging was different from what was advertised online.
- You caused a defect in the product or damaged the packaging.
- You opened the product or broke any manufacturer seals.
- You failed to report an issue with the product within 24 hours of receiving it.
- The class of product are protected by law from being returned after they are sold.
- You failed to hand over the product to the delivery agent that was sent to collect the returned product.
After purchase, full or partial refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be the exact same item that we delivered in the first instance.
- The item(s) must be unopened and unused, with its original external packaging fully intact.
- We must approve the return request. If an unapproved item is returned to us, we will not be liable to issue a refund.
- The return must take place at the delivery or billing address stated in the original order.
- The item(s) must be handed over, once our delivery agent reaches the delivery or billing address stated in the original order. Please note that only 1 attempt will be made to retrieve the item.
