Product Name & Strength: Dr. Meyer's Becombion Syrup. Each 5 mL contains Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride) 5 mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavine) 2 mg, Nicotinamide 20 mg, and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 2 mg.

Indications (Approved Uses): Indicated for the prevention and treatment of nutritional deficiencies.

Contraindications (Safety Warnings): Contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Use in patients with B-complex deficiencies should be accompanied by specific therapy for any primary illness. Pyridoxine may reduce the therapeutic effect of levodopa in Parkinson’s disease. Riboflavin may color urine yellow, and treatment may result in false-positive results for sugar in Benedict's urine test. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Side Effects (Adverse Reactions): Rare hypersensitivity reactions to Thiamine have been reported.

Instructions for Use / Dosage: For oral administration. Children above 1 year: 5 mL (one teaspoonful) daily, or as advised by a physician. Adults: 5 mL (one teaspoonful) taken two times daily.
