Health authorities define an Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) as any unintended, appreciably harmful, or unpleasant response to a medication. This can happen after a single dose, prolonged use, or when mixing multiple drugs.

If you suspect you are experiencing a side effect from any medication sourced through Silverline Pharmacy, we want to know. By reporting it to us, you allow our pharmacists to offer guidance and help us fulfil our obligation to supply critical safety data to the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
