Product Name & Strength: Fidson Gascol Antacid Suspension, 150ml (Magaldrate 540 mg/5 mL, Simethicone 100 mg/5 mL) - Strawberry Flavour

Indications (Approved Uses): Indicated to ease excessive gas in the stomach, and to treat heartburn and upset stomach.

Contraindications (Safety Warnings): Contraindicated in patients with kidney problems and hypersensitivity to the active substances or excipients. Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of appendicitis, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, blockage of the bowel, rectal bleeding of unknown cause, or those who have undergone recent bowel surgery. Use with caution if on a low-magnesium diet, or if taking other medications. Concomitant use with other medications should be avoided within two to four hours of administration to prevent interference with absorption, including ACE inhibitors, tetracyclines, digoxin, fluoroquinolones, iron preparations, and others. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breast-feeding.

Side Effects (Adverse Reactions): Constipation, diarrhoea, and intestinal pain.

Nutritional Information (per 5 mL): Magaldrate 540 mg, Simethicone 100 mg, and Sorbitol 320 mg.

Instructions for Use / Dosage: For oral administration. Shake well before use. Adults should take 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) between meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a medical practitioner. Measure liquid doses carefully using the provided measuring device.
