It acts to neutralise stomach acid, providing relief from discomfort, belching, and bloating.

Contraindications (Safety Warnings): Use with caution in patients with renal impairment due to the risk of hypermagnesaemia. Individuals on a sodium-restricted diet (e.g., those with heart failure, hypertension, or cirrhosis) should exercise caution due to the sodium bicarbonate content.

Side Effects (Adverse Reactions): Common adverse reactions may include nausea, vomiting, constipation, or diarrhoea. These are typically mild and transient.

Nutritional Information (per 5ml): Sodium Bicarbonate BP 250mg, Light Magnesium Carbonate BP 250mg, Magnesium Trisilicate BP 250mg.
