Indications (Approved Uses): Formulated for the treatment and prevention of anaemia, including iron deficiency anaemia, nutritional anaemia, and pregnancy-related anaemia. It aids in the formation of red blood cells, supports immune system health, and helps reduce fatigue and general body weakness.

Contraindications (Safety Warnings): Contraindicated in individuals with a known hypersensitivity to iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, or any excipients. Use with caution in patients with iron storage disorders. Avoid taking concurrently with dairy products, calcium supplements, or antacids, and observe timing gaps with thyroid medications.

Side Effects (Adverse Reactions): Common effects include temporary darkening of stools, mild gastric discomfort, nausea, and constipation. These are generally mild and diminish with continued use.

Nutritional Information (per dose): Ferric ammonium citrate 200mg (equivalent to 41mg elemental iron), Vitamin B12 5mcg, Folic acid 0.5mg.

Instructions for Use / Dosage: For oral administration. Adults: 15 to 20ml twice daily after meals. Children (6 to 12 years): 10ml twice daily after meals. Children (2 to 5 years): 5ml twice daily after meals. Shake well before use. Take with meals to maximise absorption and minimise gastric irritation.
