Indications (Approved Uses): Nutritional supplement formulated to help maintain normal bones and teeth. It is indicated for the prevention and correction of calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D deficiencies, and to support increased bone-mineral requirements during pregnancy, lactation, menopause, and periods of rapid skeletal growth in paediatric populations.

Contraindications (Safety Warnings): Hypersensitivity to calcium carbonate, cholecalciferol, or any of the product excipients. Absolutely contraindicated in individuals suffering from conditions associated with hypercalcaemia, hypercalciuria, severe renal impairment, hypervitaminosis D, or a history of nephrolithiasis (kidney stones). Calcium supplements can significantly impair the gastrointestinal absorption of other co-administered medications; avoid concurrent ingestion with oral tetracyclines, fluoroquinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates, oral iron preparations, and levothyroxine, ensuring a minimum dosing separation of 2 hours. Concurrent use with thiazide diuretics may restrict urinary calcium excretion, increasing the risk of hypercalcaemia.

Side Effects (Adverse Reactions): Exceptionally well-tolerated when consumed within recommended parameters. Minor adverse events may include mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as temporary nausea, flatulence, abdominal bloating, diarrhoea, or constipation.
