Indications (Approved Uses): Formulated to provide maximum, advanced nutritional support for mums-to-be to safeguard the daily intake of essential nutrients throughout all of pregnancy. Clinical benefits include increasing maternal folate status to help reduce the risk of neural tube defects in the developing foetus, supporting maternal tissue growth, and directly contributing to normal foetal brain and eye development via maternal docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) intake. It also assists in maintaining normal bones and teeth via calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D, plays a role in the process of cell division via vitamin D, contributes to normal red blood cell formation via iron, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12, and supports normal thyroid function and thyroid hormone production via iodine.

Contraindications (Safety Warnings): Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you are under medical supervision, have epilepsy, a thyroid condition, haemochromatosis, suffer from food allergies, or are allergic to any of the ingredients (contains soya and fish oil). Instructions for Use / Dosage: For oral administration. Take two (2) Pregnacare Max tablets (green blister) per day, plus one (1) Omega-3 capsule (blue blister) per day. Take with your main meal and swallow each whole with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach.
