Indications (Approved Uses): Supports healthy bone growth, development, and strong teeth. Promotes optimal vision, immune system function, cardiovascular health, brain function, and healthy skin. Suitable for both children and adults.

Contraindications (Safety Warnings): Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Individuals on blood-thinning medications should consult a healthcare provider before use due to increased bleeding risk. Pregnant women should consult a healthcare provider, as high doses of Vitamin A may cause birth defects. Consult a doctor if taking cholesterol-lowering medications or other Vitamin A and D supplements.

Side Effects (Adverse Reactions): Minor side effects may include fishy burps, mild digestive discomfort, loose stools, nausea, or a fishy aftertaste.
