Product Name & Strength: RelonChem Ibuprofen 200mg Coated Tablets, 84 Tablets.

Indications (Approved Uses): Formulated for the symptomatic relief of rheumatic pain, muscular pain, backache, neuralgia, migraine, headache, dental pain, period pain, fever, and symptoms of cold and flu.

Contraindications (Safety Warnings): Contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, aspirin, or similar painkillers; a history of two or more episodes of stomach ulcer, perforation, or bleeding; severe heart, liver, or kidney failure; those taking over 75mg of aspirin daily; or women in the last three months of pregnancy. Use with caution in the elderly, patients with asthma, gastrointestinal disorders (e.g., Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), hypertension, diabetes, or a history of heart problems or stroke. Do not use in children under 12 years.

Side Effects (Adverse Reactions): Common adverse reactions include nausea, indigestion, abdominal pain, headache, and skin rashes. Uncommon or rare but serious reactions may include diarrhoea, constipation, vomiting, flatulence, stomach bleeding or perforation, liver problems, and severe allergic skin reactions.

Instructions for Use / Dosage: For oral administration. Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets with water, preferably with or after food, every four hours as required. Do not exceed 6 tablets in any 24-hour period. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
