Product Name & Strength: RelonChem Ibuprofen 400mg Coated Tablets, 84 Tablets.

Indications (Approved Uses): Indicated for the symptomatic treatment of headaches, dental pain, menstrual cramps, muscle aches, arthritis, and fever reduction. It is effective in alleviating pain and inflammation associated with various conditions, including cold and flu discomfort.

Contraindications (Safety Warnings): Contraindicated in individuals with a known allergy to ibuprofen, aspirin, or similar painkillers. Do not use if you have or have had two or more episodes of stomach ulcer, perforation, or bleeding. Do not use if taking aspirin at doses above 75mg daily or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Do not use if suffering from severe liver, kidney, or heart failure. Do not use during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Use with caution in the elderly, patients with asthma, liver or kidney problems, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), heart problems, history of stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, smoking, or stomach and bowel problems such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. Consult a doctor before use if breastfeeding or in the first 6 months of pregnancy.

Side Effects (Adverse Reactions): Common side effects include nausea, indigestion, abdominal pain, headache, and skin rashes. Less common side effects include diarrhoea, constipation, vomiting, and flatulence.

Nutritional Information (per tablet): Ibuprofen 400mg.

Instructions for Use / Dosage: For oral administration. Adults and children over 12 years: Take one tablet with water up to three times a day, preferably with food. Leave at least 5 hours between doses. Do not take more than 3 doses in any 24-hour period. If required for more than 3 days, or if symptoms worsen, consult a doctor.
